Instructions for Herbal Vita-Press

Very easy to operate:

1. Place the bottom die on the chamber;
2. Put in your herb or vitamin and insert the stainless drive pin;
3. Tap lightly a few times with a hammer or mallet and remove the bottom die;
4. Place the chamber over the pill catcher and tap the pill out.
